CHANTILLY, Va., Nov. 4, 2010 — Citizant is pleased to welcome Pamela Rusciolelli Schoppert as Sr. Quality Process Advisor. Ms. Schoppert will work with Citizant's program managers to tailor the company's CMMI ML3 quality processes to each contract's requirements and to assess adherence to these standards. Ms. Schoppert enhances Citizant's capability to effectively and efficiently integrate customer, industry and Citizant corporate quality standards into seamless, project-specific delivery methodology.
Ms. Schoppert is a nationally recognized expert in effectively implementing and appraising against industry improvement standards. Through her career, she has participated in more than 40 recognized process improvement appraisals and assessments, several at the highest attainable maturity levels. She was recently hand-picked by Carnegie Mellon’s SEI to join a small group of industry, government, and SEI representatives to author the CMMI for Services model.
Before coming to Citizant, Ms. Schoppert worked was SAIC where she led and supported improvement efforts at all levels of the company, as well as with external financial, national security and intelligence organizations. Ms. Schoppert has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Wheeling Jesuit University. |
