Ms. Fiona Barshow is a highly recognized and respected leader in the federal law enforcement IT sector. As vice president of Business Development with Citizant, Barshow has served as a catalyst for strategic business focus and growth across the U.S. Departments of Justice and Homeland Security. Barshow serves on the board of the IJIS Institute, the leading organization dedicated to fostering government-industry partnerships for more effective information sharing between federal agencies.

Ms. Adel Harris is a recognized thought leader in practical information sharing solutions, enterprise data management and enterprise architecture best practices. She has more than 20 years experience with large-scale enterprise planning, management, analysis, design, and implementation within the government and private industry. During Harris’ seven-year tenure with Citizant, she has been instrumental in helping the company grow from a small to mid-size business through leadership in technical, management and business development roles. She is a frequent speaker at industry symposia on the topics of enterprise architecture and enterprise data management.
