Tim Rinaman
Group Vice President

As Group Vice President, Tim Rinaman leads Citizant’s Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice, one of the core areas of the company’s expertise. Rinaman oversees operations and is responsible for growing the EA practice and ensuring high-quality service delivery to Citizant’s customers. His experience in the EA arena began with the information engineering methodology and computer-aided software engineering tools in the mid-1980s. During his career, Rinaman has led teams delivering services to defense and civilian government agencies, including the Departments of Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security and Health and Human Services, and multiple commands in the Department of Defense. (Full bio - PDF)

Adel Harris
EA Solutions Director

Adel Harris is the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Solutions Director at Citizant. Harris is a certified Federal Enterprise Architect and a recognized thought-leader in practical information sharing solutions and EA best practices that “connect the dots” between business mission and IT solutions.  She is known for her strength in collaborating across federal agencies to share best practices and increase re-use. Harris has more than 18 years experience with large-scale enterprise planning, management, analysis, design and implementation efforts.  She provides expertise in the development of methodologies and governance for Federal Enterprise Architecture programs and specializes in enterprise data management, information sharing, and business analysis.  (Full bio - PDF)

   

Mike Reingruber
Division Director

As Division Director, Michael Reingruber leads the strategic direction and service delivery of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) group. His team boasts a solid record of exceptional service and has spearheaded some of the Federal community’s most successful EA initiatives. Reingruber works with Group VP Tim Rinaman and EA Solutions Director Adel Harris to continue expand the company’s presence in the Federal EA marketplace. Before joining Citizant in August 2008 , Reingruber was group vice president with Plexus Scientific, a federally focused management and IT consulting organization, where he grew the Business Solutions Group by 500 percent in five years.  (Full bio - PDF)

   

Beverly Hacker
Principal Enterprise Architect

Beverly Hacker joined Citizant in 2008 following more than 30 years of government service.  In September 2008, Hacker was one of two inaugural inductees into the EA Hall of Fame.  She previously served as Chief Architect at the U.S. Departments of Treasury and Housing and Urban Development. In her work at Citizant, Hacker supports the Department of Interior’s (DOI) strategy to promote enterprise-wide data sharing and exchange by focusing on the areas of data architecture and authoritative data sources. She is also collaborating with Citizant and DOI as part of the Federal Segment Architecture Working Group, as that group seeks to establish a consistent approach to developing and using segment architecture that is applicable government-wide. (Full bio - PDF)
