The GSA STARS program allows Citizant's customers to:
- Quickly contract for hardware, software, and services through a pre-competed contract
- Receive credit towards their 8(a) socio-economic goals
- Issue directed task orders up to the 8(a) threshold of $3.5 million
- Issue Task Orders that are non-protestable except for scope, maximum order limitation or period of performance
