John Vinson, Vice President of Human Resources, focuses on preserving Citizant’s unique culture by recruiting and retaining talented employees who contribute to the company’s continued success. Vinson is responsible for promoting and delivering first-class human resource systems, services and support to Citizant’s employees and differentiating Citizant as an employer of choice.

As a key member of Citizant’s executive leadership, Vinson provides strategic guidance on human capital issues and reports to the chief executive officer.

Vinson is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in various industries and stages of business operations.

Most recently, Vinson was vice president of human resources for Modular Space Corporation, overseeing all human capital functions.  He was a key member of the executive team responsible for the successful acquisition of General Electric Capital Corporation's North American modular space business, and the integration of the combined companies’ employees, systems and services.  Vinson has held HR leadership positions with a variety of companies including Headstrong, Inc.; Sallie Mae (National Student Clearinghouse); Concept Five Technologies; The Dot Com Group; Network Access Solutions; and CSSI, Inc.

Vinson completed an honorable career in the United States Air Force prior to joining the private business sector. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the National-Louis University.
