Donna Ragley, Citizant’s Group Vice President of Operations, oversees several divisions that deliver solutions to civilian and defense agencies within the Federal government, including the company’s work with the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development, Dept. of Defense, Dept. of Treasury,  Dept. of Transportation, Dept. of Interior, and Dept. Health and Human Services.  Ragley joined the company in August 2007 and reports to its cofounder and president, Alba M. Alemán.

Based at Citizant’s headquarters in Chantilly, Va., Ragley’s goal is to facilitate new business development and to strengthen Citizant’s customer-delivery operations.  She has more than 25 years of experience in prominent government and commercial contracting companies.

Ragley’s experience with large government contractors will help Citizant prepare for its exit from the SBA 8(a) program in September 2009.  She works with the company’s division directors to improve their efficiency in targeting new opportunities and formulating proposals that best meet each customer’s requirements.

Before joining Citizant, she was responsible for the Delivery Excellence function for the Southeast region at CSC.  Ragley served in senior management positions at American Management Systems, Dyncorp, and National Computer Systems.  She has served in program and account management roles for both commercial and government customers in the fields of healthcare, education, and finance.  Ragley has experience working with many government agencies including Dept. of Justice, Dept. of Education, Dept. of Treasury, USDA, and USPS.

Ragley earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Francis University of Pennsylvania in 1981 and a certificate from the eCornell Executive Leadership Certificate Program in Strategic Thinking, Scenario Planning, Executive Decision Making, and Leading through Creativity.
