Mary Provus
VP of Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Mary Provus is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and managing other office activities.  She reports to founder and CEO Raymond Roberts.

Ms. Provus joined the company in 2008 as Human Resources Manager. In this role, she was responsible for running all aspects of HR and office management, including compliance reporting, employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, and policy supervision.

With more than 28 years of experience in the field, Ms. Provus worked at numerous of companies such as McFayden Solutions, Global InfoTek, Actix Inc. and iLumin Software Services Inc. overseeing their human resource functions.

Throughout her career, Ms. Provus has participated in corporate strategic planning initiatives and has developed performance management systems, employee referral programs, training programs, and cost effective benefit and wellness programs.   Ms. Provus also gained significant office management experience when she worked at organizations such as AOL, Primark/Thomson Financial, and Freddie Mac.

Ms. Provus graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration from Strayer University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management.
