collette dziemianAs Vice President of Quality Programs, Collette Dziemian is responsible for overseeing and executing programs and leading Citizant’s strategic quality initiatives. She reports Citizant's CEO, Raymond Roberts.

Ms. Dziemian joined the company in 2008, initially overseeing the company-wide, independent appraisal at the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3.  She and her team coach program teams in the implementation of CMMI ML3 quality processes and audit compliance.  Ms. Dziemian also oversees Citizant’s Earned Value Management (EVM) capability initiative.

With more than a decade of experience in process improvement, project management and organizational change management, Ms. Dziemian previously served as an executive consultant and business transformation lead for SAIC. There she planned projects to transform company-wide business processes in preparation for and response to acquisitions and mergers. Ms. Dziemian first joined SAIC as a technical writer and then project controller in which she supported the division with a $5 million SAR Government Contract in 2000.

Dziemian has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Lycoming College and a master’s degree in Technology Management from George Mason University. She also earned a graduate certificate in Earned Value Management from the PMI College of Performance Management and is certified as an ISO 9001:2008 auditor and program management professional.
