Jeffrey Beyer
Sr. Vice President, Operations

jeffrey beyerAs Sr. Vice President of Operations, Jeffery Beyer is responsible for ensuring outstanding delivery of all Citizant services and solutions. He reports to Citizant CEO, Raymond Roberts, and works closely with Greg Gorgone, Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration and Paul Bize, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, on the executive leadership team.

Mr. Beyer brings nearly three decades of strategic operations and management experience within the federal sector to Citizant.

Most recently, he was President of The Engle Group, a small government IT services contractor. In this role, Mr. Beyer was in charge of all finance, operations, business development, marketing, human resources and administrative affairs.

Previously, he served as the executive in charge of strategic planning for the Health Services and Solutions group at Lockheed Martin.  Mr. Beyer first joined Lockheed Martin in 2007, when it purchased Management Systems Designers Inc., a 750-person company where he held the role Chief Operating Officer. For more than 20 years, Mr. Beyer held a variety of executive and project management positions at MSD, including Executive Vice President, throughout which experiences he gained a wide range of knowledge and expertise delivering high quality services and solutions to the federal government.

He studied psychology at George Mason University and also completed training courses in Business Management, Strategic Planning and Programming.
