Leader in government enterprise solutions advances former Northrop Grumman exec to support and grow business at departments of Treasury, Labor and Agriculture
CHANTILLY, Va., May 26, 2010 — Citizant, a fast-growing, leading provider of government enterprise solutions to the federal marketplace, has promoted Frank Nigro to division director, responsible for managing current customers and expanding business opportunities within the departments of Treasury, Labor and Agriculture.
Nigro joined Citizant in 2009 as operations manager, responsible for managing the company's contract with
the Department of Labor to provide acquisition support for a proposed enterprise-wide IT system and also
leading a USDA contract to provide enterprise architecture support for the geospatial segment. Previously, he
was program director for Northrop Grumman Information Systems in Herndon, Va., where he was responsible
for the Internal Revenue Service's Total Information Processing Support Services contract.

Nigro has more than 30 years of experience in program and project management, including software
development, engineering management, system integration and process improvement. In addition to his
career with Northrop Grumman Corporation, he previously worked with the Office of the Secretary of the
U.S. Army.

Nigro is a certified project management professional. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the
University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H., and a Masters in Business Management from Webster
University in St. Louis, Mo. Nigro has more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. Army, serving as program
manager for information systems and then division chief of system application support services for the
Department of the Army.
