Former HP/EDS homeland security and intelligence executive to help government customers tackle information sharing and cybersecurity challenges
CHANTILLY, Va., Sept. 13, 2010 — Citizant, a leader in business transformation services for the federal government, has hired Paul Bize as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Bize is responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic mission focus in national security, law enforcement and intelligence.
Bize was previously head of the Security and Intelligence sales organization for HP Enterprise Services, formerly EDS, in Herndon, Va., where he was directly responsible for delivering more than $2 billion in new sales during his last 10 years with the company.

Throughout Bize’s 22-year career with EDS, he advanced steadily into program management and senior business development roles by developing deep knowledge of federal customers and full sales life-cycle strategies. He supported programs in the departments of Homeland Security, Justice, State, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Education, and Transportation, and in many Intelligence agencies.

Bize attended George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., where he received a bachelor’s degree in communications. He completed graduate and professional coursework through EDS University and the Thunderbird School of Business.
