Seasoned IT contracting executive bolsters firm's law enforcement and
national security capabilities

CHANTILLY, Va., Jan. 18, 2012 — Citizant, a leader in business transformation and information-sharing solutions for national security and federal law enforcement agencies, has hired Dean Daghita as vice president of operations. Daghita will report to Jeffrey Beyer, senior vice president of operations. Daghita will oversee customer service delivery and growth for the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security accounts.

Daghita spent three years at SRA International as vice president. He was responsible for program and technical execution along with business development initiatives across the National Security and Law Enforcement portfolio. Prior to SRA International, Daghita was a senior program manager at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he managed a large intelligence program within the Spatial Solutions portfolio. His past roles involved dynamic leadership of hundreds and the procurement of key multimillion-dollar awards.

Daghita earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from National-Louis University. He also earned a Master of Science degree in systems engineering from The John Hopkins University as well as a Project Management Institute certification.
